For home, apartment and hotel bookings, a refundable €50 security deposit is required. Choose card payment during checkout or cash to the driver at delivery.

Store and business venue bookings do not require a deposit. The existing damage and replacement terms apply.

The deposit is returned after the equipment is collected complete and undamaged.

Missing or damaged items may be deducted from the deposit at the replacement cost of the item.

Refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days after pickup.
