Deposit and Damage Policy
A refundable security deposit is charged at checkout and returned after the equipment is picked up complete and undamaged.
Missing or damaged items may be deducted from the deposit at the replacement cost of the item.
Refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days after pickup.
